Cast Steel Shots

Cast steel shot is used in peening critical aircraft, automotive components, surface preparation of stainless steel and non-ferrous components. Our cost-effective range removes ceramic residue from investment castings, deburring and surface finishing of aluminum die castings. The steel shot that we offer the widely used in shots for blasting operations for inner/outer surface cleaning of steel castings, CI castings, s.g. Iron castings, forgings. These products are huge demand in stainless steel and aluminum foundries.

Chilled Iron Shots

Chilled iron shots are used for cleaning in foundries, in castings for sand removal, for air-blast applications, for removing of old paints, cleaning of castings, metallurgical materials, blasting for rolled steel before and after heat recourse, blasting of stone and for cutting of stone. Furthermore, these are also suitable for dig structural steel and components prior to coating with paint, metal spray & plastics. It is also used in surface preparation for electroplating, enameling, painting.

Stainless Steel Shots

Stainless steel shot is produced by melting of the stainless steel scrap of different grades. The product is mainly used for surface treatment of copper workpiece, aluminum workpiece, zinc workpiece, stainless steel workpieces and so on. It is also used in removing sand and cleaning foundry castings, De-scaling metal sheets, billets and profiles in the steel industries.


Aluminum oxide grit


It is suitable for both dry and wet blasting at a faster rate. It is recommended for both ferrous and non-ferrous components without iron contaminants on treated parts. These products are also highly used in aircraft industries and various other industrial applications.


Copper slag grit

Copper slag abrasive is suitable for blast cleaning of steel and stone surfaces, removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, dirt, etc. Copper slag grit is manufactured of the granulated slag of copper refineries and used for blast-cleaning of metal surface. Blasting the grit at the surface is the most advanced approach for metal surface cleaning before paint spraying.

Glass Bead


Glass bead blasting produces a clean, bright, satin finish, without changes of the parts. It is suitable for both, dry and wet blasting to gently clean, descale, deflash, deburr or shot peen at a low intensity on parts of SS, alloy steel where material removal allowed is negligible. Generally cleaning of machinery, dies, plates, molds removal of coatings and debris from surfaces. It is also used cleaning of large turbines and engine castings as well as small intricate parts.


Silicon carbide grit

Silicon carbide grit is the ideal media for used on glass and stone in both suction and direct pressure blast systems. The ability to be recycled multiple times results in an Economical silicon carbide grit blast media with optimal etching results. It can be used efficiently for glass engraving and stone etching.
